URGENT PUBLIC WARNING: Review of Dr. Ankur Patel – Alleged Gross Professional Negligence. Doctor Reviewed: Dr. Ankur Patel Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars (Unsafe and Unacceptable) Patient: [Maheshbhai Sanghavi/Age 71] Date of Initial Consultation: 1st week of Sep 2025 with Dr. Patel This review is a severe public warning regarding the care provided by Dr. Ankur Patel. His professional conduct, marked by carelessness and a profound failure to act, has resulted in my father being in a life-threatening, critical condition. My family has suffered catastrophic emotional and financial damage as a direct result of his alleged negligence. Failures in Initial Care Between 11th and 14th Sep 2025, Dr. Patel was consulted regarding followup after gallbladder removal which was done by him along with Dr Hasmukh Vora. My father had clear and serious swelling on legs and hands which shows the infectious signs and symptoms (it was actually the bile leakage in his body after gallbladder removal). Despite the clear and alarming nature of these symptoms, Dr. Ankur Patel allegedly ignored the need for critical follow-up actions and diagnostic tests. We believe this profound professional carelessness led to a devastating delay in care. This doctor's actions, or lack thereof, have tragically placed my father on the brink of death, since more than a month he is admitted in VIMS Hospital. They also agreed the Dr Ankur Patel's ignorance has made my father on this very much critical condition. Critical Outcome and Financial Burden: The direct consequence of this negligence is that my father rapidly deteriorated and has since been admitted to the hospital, remaining in a very critical state for over a month. The emotional toll is unbearable, and the financial burden has been crippling, forcing us to spend lacs of rupees on emergency, life-saving care that could have been avoided. Complete Abandonment of Professional Duty: Perhaps the most shameful failure is Dr. Ankur Patel's subsequent behavior. During this period of my father’s critical, month-long hospitalization, Dr. Patel has demonstrated a total abandonment of his professional responsibility. He has never once followed up, called, or inquired about the patient's critical condition. This complete disregard for a patient whose life was endangered under his care is, in my opinion, the height of irresponsibility in the medical industry. Dr. Ankur Patel’s conduct is, in my view, a fundamental breach of medical ethics and a direct threat to patient safety. We are actively pursuing legal action for alleged medical malpractice. I urge anyone seeking medical attention to avoid this doctor entirely. After battle of 32 days of hospitalization, my father died on 20 Oct 2025. Just because of Doctor's failure to recognize and act on critical symptoms presented during the follow-up appointment he has gone through all these suffering and at last lost the life. If doctor had shown the seriousness that time in followup then probably my father must be alive today.

My wife had a gall bladder issue and as per guidance of Dr Ankur Patel had to operate. Whole process of operation was very smooth and we really appreciate whole staff and Doctor for making successful operation. We are really thankful to all of them.

Surgery is often considered frightening, but Dynamic Hospital proved it to be safe, smooth, & highly effective. I suffered for nearly a year from severe anal fissure pain. Dr. Ankur Patel examined me thoroughly during the first visit &clearly explained that a minor laser surgery was required. I was admitted the next morning at 8:00 AM, all reports were completed smoothly, and the laser procedure was finished within just 10 minutes under proper anesthesia. I was discharged the same day by 7:00 PM. I was initially very afraid of surgery, but that fear is now completely gone. Within four days, I was pain-free and fully recovered. I had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and take time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff is polite, supportive, and attentive to patients’ needs. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and follows proper hygiene protocols. Appointments, tests, and reports were managed smoothly without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and care provided. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
