Dr Anurag Sir is amazing Nephrologist and very efficient and above all Humble person. But the staff at Vasai Kidney care the receptionist , the technician the support staff is 3rd class , Rude and non compassionate for patients .The staff has no manners to talk at all. They behave as if others are uneducated and getting free treatment. The entire support staff is just horrible .

I been under his treatment for past three years ..he is very experienced and reliable nephrologist. Clear guidance, accurate diagnosis and excellent patient care. Best nephrologist in Vasai.

This is my real experience after doing more than 225+ dialysis sessions at this center. Please read this before choosing this place for your family. We came to this center with all negative reports and trusted them for more than 1.5 years. We never missed a single session and always followed every rule. But instead of support, we faced increasing unprofessional behaviour. When my mother’s HCV report came positive, the center did not guide us or help us. They started mistreating us and even hinted that “they do not keep HCV patients,” which is completely wrong and illegal. On one dialysis day, they made us wait for more than 3 hours, and at the end simply refused dialysis without prior notice. My mother was crying on the bed and we had no other center at that time. We had to return home without dialysis, which is very dangerous for a kidney patient. We always spoke respectfully. We never used abusive words. We only asked for clarity and help. But instead of supporting us in a difficult medical situation, the center harassed us and pushed us out after 1.5+ years of continuous treatment. I have all call recordings, voice recordings, logs and reports of how the staff spoke with us and how decisions were taken secretly to remove us. Certain senior staff behaved extremely rudely — instead of helping patients, they disappear when you ask for support, and later instruct the team not to do dialysis. This center is only interested in money, not patients. If you think they will help you in a serious situation, they will actually harass you and remove you without warning. After giving them more than 1.5 years of trust and more than 225+ dialysis sessions, we received: HCV infection Harassment Humiliation Denial of dialysis Zero support . . Please think 100 times before trusting this center with your family member. Other patients deserve to know the truth so no one else suffers like we did.

A big noooo to neprologist in vasai .To all kidney patients, plz visit Mumbai hospitals. Vasai Dr has very less knowledge. I have treated my mother for more than 4 months and these guys are way behind.

The staff is very rude with the patient they don't care about patient they just need your money nothing else they will ignore your call not giving reply properly answer. I think staff should changed. I never seen a staff like this nd they don't care patient is coming from far.
