It’s really very expensive. And that’s true that the medicines are at high price comparing to the medicines at the near by pharmacy. -Ac remote was not there - No Internet - And no ventilation in toilet or fan ( wetness creates germs ) - The bed sheet was changed wen was complained - No fridge facility ( food gets wasted and also due to the nature of the weather it’s necessary atleast we need the food to stay fresh). Always have to wait for somebody to get the food from outside. It’s not suitable for the people who have kids and don’t have anybody near by to get u things easily. - No food warming facility or milk though u know that there is no tiffin centres near by - Ward boys don’t knock the door before coming to the room. - And nurses are full of attitude and no manners at all to speak to anybody every body thinks that they r the boss and always are ready to make u fool and want money all the time from u for no reason. - if a new person comes they can face lot of difficulties with small kids. But they don’t care they just only care about their money but don’t give basic faculties by taking ₹5000 for a day just only for a room.

It's an old Farha Hospital but now operating in Joint business with Shalini's Hospitals. Well, talk about Shalini's they have begun operating now and admitting new patients, mainly in pediatric care and emergency cases. Since they just started it will take time to unhurriedly accumulate their operations in various units. The squad of pediatric doctors are well-professional and experienced primarily NICU unit Dr Ramu, Dr Khaled, Dr Hari, and the Crew of Nursing are extraordinary in their services. There is a diminutive parking lot in the New building for 2-wheelers but not for 4-wheelers. The charges of doctors, medication, diagnostics, and Hospitals are moderate to somewhat high it's depending on how your emergency and case is. No mistrust that this is one of the promising hospitals in the Falaknuma area but the prominent imperfection is no outside medicines and diagnostics tests are permitted. The inside drugstore gives you the same MRP prices as are mentioned on the medicines no discount is offered. Overall is okay for emergency care

Shalini Farha Hospital, Char Chaman Colony, Falaknuma, Hyderabad Shalini Farha Hospital operates in association with Shalini’s Hospitals. The pediatric department is capable, and the NICU unit under Dr. Ramulu appears well-managed and professionally handled, which is reassuring for newborn care. That said, the overall patient experience raises serious concerns. Patients are required to purchase medicines and complete diagnostic tests only within the hospital. The in-house pharmacy sells medicines at printed MRP with no discounts, which can significantly increase treatment expenses and may not suit all families. Staff interaction was another major issue. Several staff members displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior, which added unnecessary stress during treatment. Interactions with Dr. Satish felt transactional and lacking empathy, especially when dealing with ordinary patients and their families. Communication often came across as pressuring rather than supportive. While the hospital has the necessary medical facilities, greater transparency, respectful communication, and patient-centric practices are urgently needed. Improvement in staff conduct and administrative policies would greatly enhance trust and patient satisfaction.
