Dr. Puru Tyagi is an outstanding doctor. He always gives plenty of time to both the patient and the attendants, never rushing through the appointment. He explains the medical situation with such ease that it is very easy for us to understand and makes us feel comfortable and calm. I also want to give a special mention to the dialysis technicians, Mehmood Bhaiya, Imran Bhaiya and Guddan Di. They are incredibly hardworking, dedicated and always alert during the entire dialysis process. The entire team works very hard to ensure the patients are safe and well looked after. Thank you, Dr. Tyagi, Mehmood Bhaiya, Guddan Di and Imran Bhaiya, for your kindness and for your hard work. We are very happy with the care here.

Priyadarshi Hospital is an extremely poor and irresponsible hospital. The staff here is very careless and unprofessional, especially the female staff. It appears that they are running a kind of organized system or scam. On the day a patient pays the fees, their turn is deliberately delayed, and on days when no payment is involved, the staff does not even speak properly with the patient. My wife’s treatment was going on here under Dr. Sarita Tyagi since 20 March 2025. We purchased all the medicines prescribed by the doctor and got all the tests done as advised. So far, we have spent more than INR 2 lakhs on the treatment. On 07/02/2026, we visited the hospital to get our reports checked. Our turn was scheduled at 1:00 PM, but we were not called even till 3:30 PM. Patients who arrived after us were sent inside before us. When I asked the staff about our turn, they replied, “You will have to wait longer.” During this waiting period, my wife started experiencing pain. I then requested the staff to bring our file. After that, we were finally called inside. As soon as we met the doctor, Dr. Sarita Tyagi clearly stated that she would not handle my wife’s delivery, saying that she gets exhausted after seeing patients all day. When I asked for the reason—after almost one year of continuous treatment—she said that it was no longer possible for her to continue. My point is that if the doctor did not want to continue the treatment, she should have clearly refused at the beginning instead of continuing treatment for such a long time. The doctor further said that since I was speaking this way to her staff, she would not be able to treat my wife. I replied that her staff had made us sit for such a long time and was sending patients who came after us ahead of us. The doctor did not say anything to her staff but instead blamed us. This clearly shows that, in Dr. Sarita Tyagi’s view, patients have no importance compared to her staff. I want to warn all brothers and sisters who are currently getting treatment here or planning to do so—do not visit this hospital at all. Initially, they behave properly, but after 6–7 months, their true behavior becomes evident. Medicines and injections given to patients are almost the same for everyone. I personally saw 4–5 other patients being given the same injection that was administered to my wife. They are able to act this way because they have the support of certain political leaders, which makes them believe that no one can take action against them. I want to clearly inform the hospital authorities that if anything happens to my wife or my unborn child, the hospital will be fully responsible for the consequences. Thank you. — Vicky Sarna Former Village Head, Gram Sarna

We had a fantastic experience at Priyadarshi Hospital, Modinagar for the birth of our baby. The labor and delivery staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. We were particularly impressed by: The Facilities: The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The Nursing Staff: They were patient with all my questions and provided great lactation support. Communication: I felt fully informed about every step of the process. Highly recommend this hospital to any expecting parents! Thank you so much Dr. Sarita Tyagi And team for this incredible support.
