Totally disappointed..At the check in time, we paid the receptionist the full amount.just checking in (in 1hr)he was asking for more money…such as disrespecting receptionist keep asking money, room was not same as in google images, rooms seems dirty and bedsheets were ugly and foul smelling…bathroom was not cleaned and full of pan spitting and some pan sacks were there… it looks like room and the bathroom were cleaned long time ago even a year…for rating to me I rate 1/10…

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, including the bedding and comfort items, and even after mentioning it multiple times, nothing was done. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and basic requests took more than 4 hours to be fulfilled and we had to repeat our concerns over and over again just to get a response. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below acceptable standards.

The room was poorly maintained — dirty linens, foul smell, and very little attention to cleanliness. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns. We expected at least basic hospitality, but what we received was negligence and unprofessionalism. I would strongly discourage families from staying here. There are many better alternatives that value their guests and provide the comfort one expects while traveling with children.

My stay at Hotel Sapphire was a wonderful experience. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The food was tasty with good variety, and the service at the restaurant was quick and attentive. Overall, the hotel provides excellent hospitality and makes guests feel well taken care of.

Our stay at Hotel Sapphire House, Delhi was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Despite pre-booking the room, we were shocked to be asked for extra payment for early check-in, which was more than informed during booking. After paying and arriving, we were made to wait for 1.5 hours, and even after that, they casually asked us to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room was still not ready. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ time. When we finally entered the room, the problems only got worse. The faucet was damaged and leaking continuously, creating inconvenience and discomfort. The hotel has a centralized AC system, which means the cooling in your room depends on other guests. If someone else switches off the AC, your room becomes hot and unbearable — absolutely unacceptable, especially in Delhi weather. Food service was another major disappointment. Delivery took an unreasonably long time, and the prices were extremely high for the poor service provided. What made the experience even worse was the rude and uncooperative behavior of the staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero hospitality. To top it all off, they failed to provide proper payment receipts, raising serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The stay was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and look for better, more reliable options in Delhi.
