Third class hotel take multiple booking on same date and not answering properly, canelled my booking of 15 rooms on my wedding day. Never go to this place

The entrance and surrounding could be better. The room was good. But receptionist was not open to entertainment of customer requirements or requests.

Averagely good place to stay if one doesn't mind the crowded n noisy area frpm the main bus and train station plus the vegetable market as soon as one steps outside, with train sounding their horn as they pass at night. Very friendly reception.

Very poor experience. We booked multiple rooms months in advance for our wedding guests, but on the wedding day we were informed that the rooms had been given to others.

I discussed yesterday everything when l called the receptionist for 2 rooms for a night stay. Everything was clear including the prices for each room. But when we reached the receptionist, OMG the receptionist started increasing the prices for the room. This shows he has no professionalism and dismissive qualities. When my brother in law spoke with him polietly about this matter, he was really rude and disrespectful, and started arguing with him. We just decided to leave his hotel because l believe that it was wastage of time , because l cannot hold myself to stay in such a negative environment. So l highly recommend that if you are looking for some homely space to stay with your family , search some good and reputable hotels in this area. It was a very bad experience for us. They really deserve a zero star which l am definitely recommend them.
