We had our reception event on 7th December 2025, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The entire event was perfectly managed by Suvankar Sen. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The behavior of all the staff before, during, and after the event was extremely polite and welcoming. They took great care of every guest and attended to each and every request with patience and a smile. The food deserves a special mention — it was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Even while writing this review, my mouth is watering! Every guest appreciated the quality and taste of the food. The decoration done by Ganesh Majhi was splendid. He listened carefully to all our requests and brought our vision to life beautifully, making the event even more memorable and full of lovely moments. Overall, it was a perfectly managed and unforgettable reception. Highly recommended!

Recently got married at Stayotel. The entire process was handled by Mr. Suvankar Sen and it was carefully planned by him and his team. It was a very good experience (extremely satisfactory) and rather seamless. Our guests stayed here too and they only have good things to say. The banquet food was delicious.

Had a pleasant stay at Stayotel, Dum Dum. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Good location near the airport and convenient for short stays. Overall, a comfortable experience and good value for money.

We have two events here in 4 years and the experience has been really amazing. The staffs are very supportive and helpful. The halls are very spacious, food is tasty and variety of options at reasonable prices. The rooftop is really beautiful. Location is big yes. Rooms also are spacious and clean.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a pleasant experience—the rooms were neat and clean. Unfortunately, my stay in August 2026 was quite disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dusty, several sanitary fittings were loose, the door lock was difficult to operate, and the toilet commode was not clean. Overall, the room maintenance and housekeeping standards have declined significantly since my last visit. The only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant, which served good food and partially made up for the otherwise disappointing experience.
