Don't fall for their polite way at the time of checking in. First of all, the rooms are extremely dirty, if you'll see the pillow it's black they put cover to make sure you don't notice it.most of the toilet stink and doesn't flush properly.the first room they showed me has someone's shit and was not flushed as the flush was broken. If you don't tip them then they'll behave rudely.they don't wash the glasses that are in the room. At the checkout they'll demand money with any excuse that they can, and are ready to fight with you and threaten you.
Hotel City Palace is a very good hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is even better — very polite, helpful, and cooperative. I had a great stay here and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. Everyone should come and stay here
