We recently stayed at Sarovar Portico, Patel Nagar, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The food was absolutely amazing — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with great care. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both Indian and continental, and every meal I had at the restaurant was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The chefs truly deserve praise for maintaining such high standards. The rooms were equally impressive — clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with all modern amenities provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. The hotel’s overall ambience was calm and inviting, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Sarovar Portico Patel Nagar exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, outstanding food, and high-quality rooms made it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch hospitality.

Rooms were just ok.. nothing too great or luxurious about the rooms.. disappointing i would say if you go by their reputation or brand value.. and also if you compare with the other properties under their brand.. also you need to call them and ask for the basic toiletries like dental kit or shaving kit or shower gel and so on.. one plus point would be the polite and courteous staff of the place.. The quality of food here was extremely good though, be it the breakfast or the dinner.. and the service in the buffet restaurant too was very good.. their food is the only reason why i would recommend this place to anyone..

Stayed at this hotel for 2nights. The hotel is situated in an extremely busy area with lots of traffic and very difficult to get across the road to go to any eateries. Having said that the hotel, once inside is acceptable. The restaurant breakfast was very good and the service and staff are very friendly, at dinner we ordered a fish starter and the fish was raw inside when it arrived so had to send it back and they couldn’t replace it, so cancelled the order, I do expect the kitchen to be able to be able to cook the fish properly but I suppose it happens!

The food and hospitality blew me away, I devoured Murgh Chicken Marsala, Biryani, Ice Cream, and Marsala Omelettes - shout out to Khairul for making my two-night stay memorable! I love how the team was invested in everyone’s comfort level in the dining room with spicy foods too; they make their rounds and double-check to ensure no one’s food is too spicy. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is easy to navigate with luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at Deventure Sarovar Portico in Patel Nagar! The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the staff for being so friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Khairull and Arkassh at the reception for their exceptional service. Also, the food was absolutely delicious!
