I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and complimentary drinking water in the room, which was much appreciated. The service truly stood out. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They arranged an airport pickup, allowed me to check in early after my arrival, and even helped organize a local SIM card, which made settling in incredibly easy. They clearly know how to welcome both foreigners and locals alike, making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight — a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent—friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great value for money. The restaurant offers decent food at reasonable prices. There's also a travel agency on-site, although I didn’t use their services. I landed at a secondary airport in Delhi, where the free pickup service was unavailable—despite this not being mentioned anywhere. As compensation, the property offered a complimentary transfer to the railway station upon my departure. Overall, the arrangement was acceptable.

​Pleasant stay and we enjoyed our stay at The City Star in Paharganj; the housekeeping and front desk team were kind and professional. ​I do have one request: I was charged 3500 (including breakfast) instead of 3000, but because I am strictly vegetarian and the kitchen serves both, I requested to cancel the breakfast on my first day. Since I didn't hear back, I would appreciate a refund of the 500 difference. ​I would also love to see the hardworking housekeeping team receive a tip of 500 for their great service. I hope this helps!

We had a brilliant stay at Hotel City Star. The manager Harpreet gave us a very warm welcome. Bilal and Muneer at the travel desk were fantastic and really helpful. We had a full-day city tour with the lovely Mr Singh, he was a great driver and took us all over Delhi including Red Fort, India Gate, Jama Masjid and much more. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking this through the hotel. The room was super comfortable, amazing air con and really quiet considering the hotel faces onto the busy road - a tranquil oasis! It was a really great location for us for three days in Delhi. Thank you very much for your hospitality, it was a brilliant introduction to Delhi and to India to start our trip. From Jack and Emily.

Stayed here few weeks ago (7-9/August), it was great experience overall as a couple tourist. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast and services were great. Would love to come back here again whenever we visit Delhi again.
