One of the worst hotel in delhi.they are charging Ac without providing Ac facility.even this hotel providing fan only night time not in day time.i request everyone don't visit this hotel . it's better stay at gudawra no Star ⭐

The hotel is not good because the fan does not have good pressure, the water is very smelly, the washroom is also very bad, the gate is also very bad ZERO STAR

“I’ve stayed at Hotel Welcome Deluxe twice, and I can confidently say — never again. This hotel is a complete disaster. The receptionist is not just unprofessional, but shockingly rude and arrogant. They promise attached bathrooms, but after booking, you’re dragged into dirty, smelly rooms with no cleanliness, no hygiene, and NO attached bathrooms. It feels like you’re being punished for choosing this hotel. The last time I went, I arrived early morning. The staff was asleep at 6 AM, didn’t open the door, and when they finally did, they bluntly said ‘no rooms available’ even though plenty were. Only after repeatedly requesting them, they agreed to give a room — like they were doing me a favor. This hotel plays with the emotions of travelers. They lie, mislead, and treat guests like garbage. I urge everyone — stay away from Hotel Welcome Deluxe. And to the OWNER: You should be deeply ashamed of the way your hotel operates. This level of disrespect, filth, and dishonesty reflects directly on you. If you have even a little self-respect, fix your staff, fix your rooms, and fix your attitude toward paying guests. I visited places from other place but felt very bad as they mentioned no other states it seems. I do not understand what business they are running,soing fake promotion to ask people to come.plz do not visit this place when you are out of delhi as they rent only Delhi people it seems. I don't know who are those people who will rent hotel when they are residing in delhi😕.

Very horrorable torcher given no water no hot water. Before booking or taking room he says everything is available. After booking room he says no water has come, heater not working please adjust your self he will give reply. No proper room service is there. I will not recommend to anyone to Go this place.
