The receptionist during checkout timing was very rude not even knowing how to talk with ladies during checkin. He was good

⚠️ STRONG ADVICE: DO NOT PAY ANY ADVANCE BEFORE SEEING THE ROOM IN PERSON. ⚠️ Based on my stay, I cannot recommend Hotel Regency. The experience fell well below reasonable expectations for a paid accommodation. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were unsatisfactory. The room appeared poorly cleaned, had a persistent damp/musty smell, and did not reflect the category or condition that was expected at the time of booking. The washroom condition was especially concerning: The washroom door was damaged and did not close properly, affecting privacy. The commode/flush was broken, creating obvious inconvenience. Visible signs of wear, stains, and lack of regular upkeep were present. When these issues were raised, the response from staff was slow and ineffective, and no meaningful resolution was offered during the stay. This created the impression that such complaints may be common and unresolved. Additionally, the noise levels and surrounding environment made it difficult to rest, which further reduced the overall comfort of the stay. Considering the price charged, the experience represented poor value for money. Finally, I would advise future guests to review feedback carefully. In my opinion, the overall rating does not accurately reflect the issues experienced during my stay, and caution is advised when relying solely on high-level ratings. I would not choose this hotel again and would recommend exploring other options in the area.

Poor quality Rooms, made for just 2-3 hour stay for boys and girls, denied my make my trip booking and asked me to cancle it . Dirty bedsheet, toilet door lock missing.
