Best hotel to stay. The amenities were amazing. We even dropped our luggage for some hours till our train was not departed. The staff was hostile and polite. And the condition of the room was clean and hygienic. Thanks for the services. Highly recommended

Rooms Clean Nhi Hai, Pani Bi Nhi Aata Hai, Very Dirty

My experience in this hotel was very bad. I'll never go to this hotel again. I had booked this hotel through Agoda by advance payment for 2 days but when I reached the hotel for check-in, hotel staff told me they don't accept booking from Agoda and asked me to pay full payment at the counter which was 55% higher than what I paid through Agoda. Since it was late night I was compelled to make payment again. After making the payment, they showed me some rooms, no room was properly clean, there were cockroaches around, there was very bad smell inside hotel rooms, walls' paints were partly broken and there were many hair strands on sofa & surface. I had no choice at that time as I was tired and it was late night. A humble suggetion to everyone, if you care for hygiene and cleanliness then don't go to this hotel.

Horrible Stay! Totally Misleading and Not Worth It! This hotel is a disaster! The room was filthy with cockroaches, the bedsheet and bathroom smelled awful, and the whole place was unhygienic. They gave only one soap and towel — no dental kit, no handwash, no hot water, and not even enough water to bathe! The AC hardly worked, the TV didn’t switch on, and the Wi-Fi was completely useless. The lift area was disgusting — people were spitting everywhere! The photos online are totally fake; the real condition is terrible. Definitely not worth the money. I felt completely cheated and uncomfortable the entire time. I’ll never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good and hygienic. Location is convenient and peaceful. Overall great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
