I've had an absolutely terrible experience living at this PG. The manager is a dishonest individual who consistently overcharges tenants for various reasons, often without any clear justification. The initial rent agreement was misleading, and I was hit with unexpected fees and charges throughout my stay. The facilities are in a state of disrepair, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi and water supply are frequently unreliable. The common areas are dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. Additionally, the noise level is excessive due to a lack of soundproofing between rooms. To make matters worse, the manager is extremely rude and uncooperative. When I raised concerns about the issues I was facing, I was met with indifference and hostility. I would strongly advise anyone considering this PG to look elsewhere. There are far better options available that offer a more comfortable and honest living experience.

My experience in this pg is worst, the food so unhygienic, the water is not properly purified i even had stomach infection for 10 days after a month I join the pg, the security is not on point, and the staff is so rude while leaving they made me pay extra and they didn't talk properly raise their voice when I try to convey my problem they where so rude to me not only me I saw them arguing with order girls behaving rudely and mannerlessly. The owner is not nice. Extremely money-minded. They'll increase the rent every 3-4 months. The staff is not exactly rude but every word that comes out of their mouths is a lie. Not trustworthy at all. They'll say one thing when you move in first but while leaving they'll not return the correct amount of deposit that they owe you. I would not recommend this pg at all: - Rooms are very small compared to the price they are asking. - Food is disgusting. During monsoon, I have seen food getting drenched in dirty rain water. The kitchen is also dirty. - In recent times, cleanliness and hygiene has become a big issue. They don't take out trash for weeks and it started stinking. There's cockroach infestation as well. - Power backup is there but it's just not enough considering how frequent power cuts happen in that area. - WiFi routers are shared among everyone on the floor so don't expect to get any work done with that bandwidth. - Common washing machines are there but there are only two common fridges and one common gas stove for everyone. There are 5 floors and each floor has 12 rooms (twin and triple sharing)!! It's not enough for everyone. - They won't even provide basic things like curtains for your privacy. - Water quality is not good. But they'll charge a lot despite the lack of amenities. The worst part is if you go away for a short amount of time, they'll let someone else stay in your room without your permission even if you have paid rent for that time. This happens in every PG around this area. This place is no different. They illegally take rent from both. Like most PGs, you'll have to pay in cash (black money). Care taker/ manager/0wner/ warden they don't return full caution money 😭

Worst pg I would say ! Not at all recommended, in the span of 2 months of staying here, I was food poisoned 3 times , rooms are not good, wifi doesn't work properly and staff is very irresponsive. Worst experience of my life !

New Mayuri Luxury Ladies PG A clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay for girls. Well-maintained rooms with a friendly and peaceful environment. The owners, Mr. M. Narasa Reddy and Mr. B. Subba Reddy, are very kind, caring, and supportive. They treat every resident like their own daughters and are always ready to help whenever needed. Their hospitality and dedication make this PG feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for students and working women. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
