Cheater owner, they charged me 100 extra then what they told me while booking, also the behavior was very rude. They are just nonsense person, they don't know how to talk. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Think twice before going into this place. No power backup, pathetic room, worst service, noisy, rude behaviour at reception and list goes on. Just because it is near to station do not choose this one. Better to book online better options in advance.

!!ALERT!!! Don't think of staying in this hotel. It was a nightmare for us when we stayed over here.No power backup,rude behaviour by the staff(The person was from Sitapur Bihar).Don't know his name exactly.They switch off your ac every 15 mins and don't bother to turn it off.After calling multiple times they will switch on for few minutes.When we asked to keep the luggage down at reception he was not ready and simply said we aren't going to take care of your belongings. Rooms were pathetic as well..Neither the room was cleaned before checkin nor the flush was working in rooms.It was a real nightmare for us.When we asked if we can extend the checkout by 1 hr we had to pay 75% of full day charge. Only good thing was it is near to railway station but you will get many other option for same/less price at the same place. AVOID STAYING OVER HERE!!!

Central location. Good Staff & service. Room condition is just ok as per the rate. Suitable for gents only. Owners son confused while taking money and later accused me of short paying without any receipt.
