They charge 33 rupees for a water bottle worth 18 rupees.. apart of it they they make you wait at the time of check out and call to room service in front of you to see if everything is okay that's just disgusting and make you feel like you would steal something from the room. And why do they wait for customer to ask for towel? Is it not basic amenity for someone who is staying in a hotel. Seriously Pathetic.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The only issue I faced initially was finding a suitable parking spot for my bike, but the hotel staff were cooperative and allowed me to park right in front of the hotel. The rooms are excellent for the price—spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. One small improvement I’d suggest is regular pest control, as it would help prevent cockroaches and bugs from entering the rooms. The staff deserve appreciation for their quick response. Whenever I needed assistance, they were at my door within a minute. The location is another major advantage. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls and restaurants with a wide variety of food options. It’s also only about 400 meters from Ramakrishna Ashram Marg Metro Station, making it very convenient for travelers. However, there were two things that genuinely disappointed me. The first was the ID verification process. My guest was checking in during the morning, and they had a valid government ID on their phone. The hotel refused to accept the digital ID and insisted on a physical copy, leaving us with no option. Since there wasn’t even a nearby print shop or café to get a hard copy, it became unnecessarily stressful. I understand the importance of ID verification, but hotels should be more flexible when a genuine digital ID is available. Someone with bad intentions could still misuse a printed ID, so the focus should be on proper verification rather than rejecting digital copies outright. The second issue was the pricing of items available at night. While I completely understand charging a little extra for late-night service, the prices were almost four times the original MRP, which felt excessive. A reasonable night service charge is fair, but such a high markup was disappointing. Overall, despite these issues, I found the hotel to be a good value for money because of its comfortable rooms, responsive staff, and excellent location. With a few improvements in their check-in policy and late-night pricing, it would be an even better place to stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. There were multiple insects crawling around the room, which is completely unacceptable for a property claiming to be a 4-star hotel. I booked the room from 7 AM to 10 AM as I was in Delhi for a meeting and needed the room for just a few hours. Despite paying almost the same amount as a full-day stay, the cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. I have attached photos as evidence. Definitely not the standard expected from a 4-star property.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The room was poorly maintained, with several damaged and non-functional facilities. The TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi connection was so poor that we could barely connect our phones, making it impossible to use the internet properly during our stay. One of the most concerning issues was the presence of numerous cockroaches in the room, which made the environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. In addition, many areas of the room were not properly cleaned, and the overall condition did not reflect the standards advertised. Another major inconvenience was that the kitchen service was unavailable, yet this was never communicated to us in advance. We only discovered this after calling and inquiring ourselves. Furthermore, the room we received did not match the photos displayed during booking on Goibibo. It appeared significantly smaller and different from what was advertised. We have photographs showing the damaged and poorly maintained condition of the room. Overall, this was a very poor and unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, transparency, and guest services.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel ALL Is Well in Paharganj, Delhi. The hotel looks quite luxurious, yet it is very affordable. The staff welcomed me warmly and treated guests with genuine hospitality rather than trying to overcharge them. The room service was quick and efficient, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities and overall ambiance make it a great place for both short and long stays. In fact, you can comfortably stay here for a week or even longer. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely love to visit again in the future. Highly recommended!
