I suggest this pg only for employes. Not at all good and right for students who pay their parents money. There is tv's in each room but you have to pay dish charge, there is lift but it's don't work at all when you need. For 7 floors building there is only 3 washing meshines 1 meshine dont work, and those meshines used by management has limiting to hostelers. In matter of food I really disappointed and dissatisfied with timings only 2 hours, they don't provide meals before 1 menuit early are 1 menuit later and some items in menu they cook so spicy. All with this type facilities they take 7k for 5 sharing. That 2 stars I given it's only for clean and neat bathrooms, and veritie food items weekly.

One of the best pg I ever had ... Earlier I used to be in madhpur then shifted to Sr nagar .... From 8 months I am being here .... Had the best food and comforts No power cut , no bad service noticed

worst pg,owner didn't give your money back,worst maintenance and don't join this pg.

food is good (probably best in the surroundings) , good for peaceful and decent stay ( few rules which is actually good to have) . only thing you might have to keep in mind is lift works till 10pm so keep a 2ltr water bottle. everything else is fine ( atleast for me , i didn't find any other problem.

I had a bad experience with SVS Men’s Deluxe, SR Nagar. The owner and management lack basic ethics and values. Their only concern is money, not resident welfare. If rent payment is delayed by even one day, they deny food services, which shows very poor management standards. There is no flexibility, no discussion, and no customer-friendly approach. Such behavior creates unnecessary stress for residents. A PG/hostel should maintain basic humanity and professionalism, which is clearly missing here.
