I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Royal Green. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling, and the room was not well-maintained. I was expecting a basic level of service, but unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even that. If I could give zero stars, I would. The lack of attention to detail and poor maintenance made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope the hotel takes serious steps to address these issues and improve their services. *I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.* The experience was that bad. Look for alternative options in the area, as Hotel Royal Green is not worth the risk.

This hotel is listed with incorrect room type on online platform. We booked Deluxe Double or Twin Room with AC however, when we reached hotel the owner said the room booked type is standard with fan and get this resolved with Agoda. I was ready to pay price difference of 190 to get AC switched on but that not what owner wants. He wants me to cancel online booking and book room directly through hotel. Owner is not courteous and doesn’t listen to the problem. I was travelling with a child so I got forced to continue with standard room with Fan. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Room was spacious and clean. Sliding window was not closing properly so mosquitoes entered the room. Bathroom could have been clean.

I felt safe and secure and clean there I booked lots of time there and their service unmatchable must visit. If your looking for rooms near airport means it's the best place to stay. Thanks to Royal Green residency Chennai

This five star for service it's not the joke guys, because he deserve this for his friendly and elder brother behavior... Since we are Malayalis and we are not familiar with this place, the receptionist anna, helped us by explaining things very clearly... We got the room at a very low price, and the other places we saw were overpriced and the room was very bad. Here, the room was very clean and the price was low. Since we didn't know of any good hotels here, the guy himself brought us food and breakfast to our room, expecting nothing in return and only charging us the actual cost of the food... Finally, when we told him that the autorickshaw drivers here were charging us a lot of money, he himself caught an auto driver, talked to him, and helped us reach our destination at a reasonable price... The sad thing is that we forgot to ask for your name... We express our gratitude to you...🙏❤️
