Very bad hotel. Bathroom light broken, the shower head was blocked so water pressure was poor. Room felt dirty and dingy. Towels smelled really bad (they initially provided wet towels). Told me there’d be extra charge for heater and when I complained, they provided a very subpar heater that didn’t do much. Stay away!!

It is a terrible place to stay. These idiots knock room before checkout time and ask to checkout and then post some discussion they say the manager had asked for room checkout to be done. The tap in the bathroom is broken. The bathroom was absolutely wet when we enetered the room. The sofa was an absolute disaster, I haven't seen a dirtier sofa in a hotel before. Water Kettle had dirt marks in it. Not at all sound proof, you can hear everything. The room isn't isolated properly with inside room temperatures falling as per outside temperature. The area was extremely shitty with unclean roads, rude people and nothing accessible. The room lights make everything look shady and the vibe is very negative. Lift is not working. I dont know what was good. This was the first time while checking out I was asked multiple times where I am going next which is an info they have nothing to do with unless they are shady people. PLEASE DONT GO BY THE GOOD RATINGS THIS PLACE HAS GOT. (CONSIDER IT 2.5/5 LEVEL) I have seen the other reviews where this hotel has apologised for the bad experience, I am requesting the hotel to not apologise to me because its unforgivable.

We have sent clients to Smart Plaza last week. They complaint about following 1. No wash basin / sink in dining room. Hotrl has had allocated a toilet to wash hands. This is totally unacceptable and againt hotel standards in any place. Hope you would correct this immediately by fixing a sink in dining area. 2. They stayed 3 nights. 1st night, children has been provided. Good food. But 2-3 rd days, dinners were mostly veg. Even though the kicken provided, it has taken 20 min to fill the plates again 3. Dining area is very small. Only 6-7 tables. Most people have eaten standing. This I alsp have experienced in your hotel in Feb.

Dear all, I booked this hotel for 5 days through the Goibibo app. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The hotel is showing fake photos of rooms online. The actual rooms are completely different from what is shown in the app. I strongly advise not to trust online photos and not to make full payment online. If anyone still plans to stay here, please pay only at check-in after physically verifying the room. The hotel staff behavior is also not good and unprofessional. Additionally, Goibibo’s reviews seem to be fake and paid reviews. It looks like they are only focused on business, not customer trust. Because I trusted both the hotel and Goibibo, I lost ₹11,500. Important Note: This hotel is not a safe and secure place, especially for families. Both the hotel and Goibibo are misleading customers. Please be careful. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room and overall hotel hygiene were appalling. Walls had stains, bedsheets had cigarette burns, and the bathroom was smelly. The washbasin tap was too high, and the sink was too small, causing water to splash everywhere. Only the breakfast was decent. 😔 Rating: 1/5 stars Wouldn't recommend due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. 🚫
