Best pg good ambience , breakfast/dinner is good, They serve unlimited . dont expect much in lunch . Tv 36 inch with preferred channels , 24 hot water everyday cleaning . lift facility elevator , washing machine , 2 sharing 3 sharing 4 available . owner young man is super cool person his father too .. 2 sharing room are more professional .

Please do mark it helpful if you feel so. If you care about your health then do not even try to stay here. 1. Food is not hygiene. 2. Care takers are not hygienic. 3. The ground floor is full of rotten smell and flies. 4. No parking space 5. Frequent water problems 6. When water is not there , drinking water will not be there , one day when i complain about it, Owner brought unfiltered water that we use for bathroom from girls pg for drinking saying it is filtered water. (Got to know by taste of water). He didn't even bother to spend Rs. 20 for a drinking water Bottle. 7. No lift. 8. Rain water comes inside the rooms, so you can't even sleep when rains. 9. I saw stool on the terrace, maybe dog or cat stool , which is not cleaned ever. 10. Only one washing machine that is even not working when I was there. When asked owner, he just promised to repair it many times but never did. 11. Food quality and taste both are worst. I felt like vomitting every time I ate it. 12. Neighbourers also shouts out of nowhere. 13. When left the room, he stopped receiving my calls when asked for a deposit return which was Rs. 2000. 14. Rs. 1000 was maintenance, but he never did anything for building by that maintenance money. Again as mentioned he didn't even bother to buy Rs. 20 drinking water can. 15. Just took advantage of costly area. 16. I got jaundice after eating here. 17. Hot water problem is here too. 18. Rent is too high. Owner just took advantage of area. So if you care about health and money don't even visit here. Peace ✌️. Can share proofs also.

I would strongly suggest joining this pg. For Andhra people it's a good choice. The food is pakka Andhra home style. You can enjoy I'm sure. The rooms are very clean clear. You can get more facilities with affordable prices. I've been there for the long time. If possible try to visit once. In surroundings it set it's best.
