I had booked a room here and paid an advance of ₹200. The total cost of the room was ₹800. But my grandmother got admitted to the hospital, so I requested them to refund the money. However, they refused and said they would adjust it the next time we come. We don’t even know when we will come again. I explained our situation and asked for a refund, but they still refused.
