One of the worst stays imaginable – avoid at all costs! Manas Residency – “Classy Stay” is anything but classy. The customer service here is beyond pathetic—it’s hostile, unprofessional, and frankly shocking for a place that dares to call itself part of the hospitality industry. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, which alone should be reason enough to shut this place down. Hygiene is clearly not a priority here, and complaints are met with indifference rather than action. What truly crossed the line was the staff’s attitude. They were extremely unaccommodating and openly rude, and to make matters worse, they actually went as far as saying they “don’t welcome foreigners.” That is unacceptable, discriminatory, and disgraceful—especially in hospitality. If you don’t know how to treat guests with basic respect, you should not be working in this industry. Every interaction felt like we were doing them a favor by staying there. No apologies, no solutions, no accountability—just arrogance and a complete lack of customer service skills. Save yourself the frustration, discomfort, and insult. Do not stay here. There are plenty of places that actually understand cleanliness, professionalism, and respect. This is NOT one of them.

Don't even look for this manas residency if you're a family because they charge so much and first gave us a small room with a damaged worst window ac and after that they gave us a different room where the wall ac was empty gas no cool air nothing, then they gave another room which was a bit better than more than previous 2 room still the bedsheets was stained little bit yellowish and cockroaches were there tv wasn't starting poor wifi bathroom wasn't clean strange smells was there. I would recommend you better search for another don't choose this

Absolutely disgusting experience at Manas Residency, Chembur. The customer service is beyond terrible — it’s rude, arrogant, and outright revolting. The staff behave as if guests are an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and a shocking attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry. The rooms are unclean and unhygienic, with cockroaches freely roaming around — which tells you everything you need to know about their standards. Complaints are met with arrogance instead of solutions, and the overall vibe is that they simply don’t care. Frankly, they should not be in the hospitality business if this is how they treat paying guests. The owner should be deeply disappointed, because this staff is actively damaging his reputation and losing him business with their pathetic service and shitty attitude. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else. This place is a complete waste of money and peace of mind.

I didn't see this type of worst room ever in India. Water is not coming properly & it is most dusty, AC is not working properly, bathroom is very worst of cleaning, very normal typical room. But the price is 2000. Very very bad experience for me.

Very bad experience. Horrible room with unhygienic room bathroom everywhere. I check so many room but all rooms are very very very much dirty. I have no option to leave because I already paid them. I never see toward this bekwas hotel. They tie up with some hotel for food. So the food was garbage. I am not insulting the food, the quality and they make food really bad. So overall experience for me just like a horror movie. Request to the owner please try to improve atleast.
