Hotel rooms are clean and tidy with a nice view and are best for families who are travelling on budget Receptionist are helpful and polite They also provide breakfast Restaurant which is on 1st floor is also very good and pure veg Parking in not available but there is ample car parking space nearby They also provided us with a prayer mat for namaz

It was a very good time to stay here. The room service/ staff/ receptionist all of them are really good and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay and enjoy their time.

Absolutely disappointed with the experience. The bathroom lights were flickering and eventually shut off, we literally had to keep the door open even to pee. They charged us for water, despite not keeping the usual bottles in the room. The lights in the room were very dim. We had asked for executive triple sharing room, just to find out that it was exactly similar to the Delux rooms. Very disappointing. Do not book this hotel if you are travelling with family or friends.

1. Location of the hotel is at center of city. Prominent location like River front, Atal Bridge and others is near by. 2. Cleaniness is good 3. Very prompt service. 4. Room are neat and clean
