I have been living in this PG for the last 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The consistency in service and the quality of facilities have stayed top notch throughout my stay. It is safe, clean and very well managed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term, hassle-free stay

I strongly advise any girl considering this PG to rethink her decision. My experience here has been extremely disappointing and unhealthy, and I genuinely wish someone had warned me earlier. Despite the owner initially claiming that it is a strictly vegetarian PG, the rules are not followed at all. Many residents openly bring in non-veg food, drink alcohol, and smoke inside the premises. This creates a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment for those who prefer a peaceful and disciplined living space. The food quality is extremely poor. The meals often contain irrelevant spices, and on several days the “meal” is nothing more than plain roti and a very basic sabzi. Nutritious, hygienic food is not something you can expect here. The behaviour of the owner is also very unpleasant. Communication is rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily aggressive. The worst part is the security deposit issue — the owner kept ₹17,000 and refused to return it, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. Overall, this PG does not offer a healthy, safe, or respectful living environment. For your comfort, safety, and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest choosing a better, more reliable accommodation. Please stay away from this PG.

This Pg provides great homely vibes with cleanliness and hygiene. The staffs are co-operative and it's located near metro so no transportation or safety concerns are there. The food here is also very good in comparison to other PGs and festivals are also celebrated here. Sometimes there are irregularities but necessary actions are taken very quickly to resolve the matter.

Very good PG with a safe and friendly environment. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. Food quality is also good and hygiene is properly maintained. The owner is very good, polite and gentle. He is supportive and manages everything responsibly. The warden is also very helpful, caring and maintains discipline while taking care of all girls properly. Rules are clear and made for everyone’s safety and comfort. Overall, very comfortable and trustworthy place to stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Unique House Girls PG, Laxmi Nagar, and my experience was truly wonderful. The PG offers a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment exclusively for girls. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all essential facilities provided. Hygiene is taken seriously, and the food is healthy and tasty. What I loved most was the warm atmosphere-festivals and special occasions are celebrated together, which really makes it feel like home. The management is supportive, approachable, and always ready to help. I felt secure and cared for throughout my stay and would highly recommend it.
