THE HOSTEL ADVANCE AMOUNT NOT REFUND. I AM JUST STAY FOR HALF HOUR AND PAY FOR ADVANCE 500 THE PG OWNER & STAFF FOR NOT RETURN TO THE AMOUNT.I AM NOT SUGGEST THE PG.ONE OF THE WORST PG IN CHENNAI.JOINING BEFORE THE PG OWNER & STAFF WAS SO KINDLY & AFTER YOU PAYED ADVANCE OR RENT AMOUNT WILL DEFINITELY NOT CONSIDER THE STUDENTS DIFFICULTY. FINALLY IT'S AN WORST PG.

Reviewing it after staying about 2 months. I will share what went good and what is not good. They have the pg hostel in ramnagar(near collector nagar), padi, anna nagar west, thirumangalam also. . I have shared here 2 seperate rooms images both four sharing. One room bathroom was smaller another one is bigger but sometimes it will have ditch smell though it . The room number is b5. I will share some of the contacts that if you need Good things 1.Four sharing room costed me around 5500 with food 2.They only asked 500rs as advance and when i vaccate they gave me balance immediately. 3. They had free wifi the speed was good maybe some rooms don't have good range but i didn't had any issue. And they had a washing machine and drinking facilities included in the rent. 4. The food was good not the best or worst. Wednesday lunch will have egg and sunday chicken but it will be less. 5. This location is neer collector nagar bus stop and it has lot of shop's that will serve our all needs. 6. The hostel incharge is good he responded our complaints well, sometimes it may take while to sort out but he does the needy thing. 7. They have bike parking and cctv for safety 8. They gave the bed,pillow not blanket he told we have new one but that's not good. And plates you have to buy it. 9. Lunch packing available. What not good and needs improvement 1. The dinning area needs more cleaniness. The wastage food near the wash bashin makes ugly. 2. The food they offer is good not the best or worst but the problem is for lunch they have only one side dish that is also limited ,it won't enough for that sometimes if they provide egg that is only the one will be sidedish and most of the time it is even doesn't have oninons. 3.when i was there the 1st one week no one came to clean the room after that they came 2 days once or 3 days once randomly. And for the toilet cleaning is happened once a month only. 4. There is no without food option and if you want stay on day basis they asked 350 rs per day that was quite expensive. 5. They have no lockers but have cctv even though carefull with your things.

They will show you every amenities, actually it's a trap. They have washing machine but the spinner was stoped working from Oct 2024 and till the month of August 2025. If you complain about any problems, they will never respond. But they will respond furiously on asking the rent on correct time. And as a complementary you get a lot of cockroach and beg bugs. This is one of the worst management that I had ever seen in my life till now. Please avoid this place.

Once you paid the rent, they won't respond to you for any problems. If you tell them to repair fan or tap, they do it after 30 phone calls and after a month. They will behave like genuine and sincere, but after you paid rent or advance they become like a rowdies. They even treat you very worse. Both the owner and workers are very rude and always trying to pull money from you, very worst people, so please avoid going there.
