The food was great! Fresh and wide variety of options. Everything was well managed and flowed smoothly. Famidha was great at arranging everything for my meals

I had visited my kid and two elderly parents. The stay was very comfortable. The location and property seem very safe and professional. The restaurant serves very limited but a tasty menu. I would just like to mention on the check-in experience, where we had to wait for about 30mins from the confirmed check-in to get ours rooms allotted. May be its one of those odd days, but it will be great if the hotel can take care about it.

Loved our stay here. We were upgraded to a 3BHK flat from a room by the front desk, our kid absolutely loved the place and it made his stay super happy. Staff is a delight every time and service is prompt. House decor is very cute with all amenities that you may require for your stay. Location is pretty great as well. Highly recommend booking Madras Grand for your stay.

We stayed in a Junior Suite which is just perfect for a couple. The room was well maintained and serviced by housekeeping staff every day. There is someone at the Reception desk 24/7, which is a big plus because we checked in at 2am. The amenities in the room are of good quality (except for the toilet paper, which is close to 1 ply!) The hotel's biggest asset would be their staff, who are very friendly, willing to assist with all manners of queries and are very accommodating. The hotel is tucked away on a side road, so it is away from the main road and shops. There is an auto rickshaw stand nearby and the staff can organise taxis with ease. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Madras Grand and would go back again.
