Not good dirty room and water problem in bathroom and not provided proper service

Very bad experience, other than small children working here service is very bad , small boys don't understand what to do. No water for hours , taps missing , dirty bathrooms , damp rooms , no locks , Bad facailities , staff of small boys give good service. No shower , no hot water , no window ,

Good staff formal behaviour but room needs to be a little more cleaner. The bedsheets were not clean the tap in the bathroom bas broken.

Room is different as shown in app very small room given, room was very dirty split on walls, seapage on walls, smell in rooms, washroom made under staircase, no water or very less water was coming on taps, reception guy took my phone in his hand to submit feedback. Wrost experience ever

I wasn't happy at all with the place. It seemed as if I have entered the place of uneducated team. The rooms were not cleaned the curtains smelled fouled, even the water was not provided. I could complain continuously, the plumber would come but results were null. The bathroom floor were not cleaned I would even see small insects crawling around. If you are hygiene conscious do avoid this place.
