We had a confirmed booking via the Yatridham website (prepaid) but the owner seemingly ignorant but actually very clever gave our booked room to some other guest and gave us a substandard night hall stay at his private residence where his servants reside.And great harrassment from the owner upon arriving we were forced to go to his private residence due to midnight arrival and our entire day wasted due to shifting of rooms (private residence to hotel) Overall nightmare for our trip, also the rooms were very clumsy with no ventilation.Waste of money.Penny wise Pound foolish kind of hotel.

Too competitive on cost which is very good but doesn't mean you can leave the rooms in BAD CONDITION. JUST BASIC EXPENSE AND THESE CAN BE CORRECTED. IN THE NAME OF TRUST YOU ARE RUNNING A HOTEL THEN THE SERVICES SHOULD BE GIVEN ACCORDINGLY. EVEN BIG ROOMS WERE HAVING ISSUES VERY OLD BEDSHEETS AND UNCLEAN ROOM EXTREMELY LOW LIGHTS COZ OF COST SAVING MAY BE, BATHROOM HAD A BAD ODOUR AND MIRROR NOT CLEAN AND SINK WAS CHOKED ALL THE TIME. NEED COMPLETE MAKEOVER. EXTREMELY Small Rooms AND WHEN THERE IS NO VENTILATION it can't be very low on lights IN THE ROOM looks dark all the time. BATHROOM MIRROR PATCHY ONE NEEDS A NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY. Shower was leaking and high level cost saving done they have not fixed a cover on the geyser pluG KEPT IT OPEN SAFETY ISSUES. Only one attendand and speaks roughly-STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO SPEAK. NEED COMPLETE Upgradation. PEOPLE WERE SMOKING Though IT WAS NOT ALLOWED STILL SAFETY WISE ITS FINE REST EVERYTHING NEEDS immediate ATTENTION. Please check the rooms thoroughly before taking it otherwise stay could be a nightmare.

The rooms are very small,unhygenic, old bedsheets, low quality spring mattress which creates back pain and lot of other issues. I regret to book the guest house as i dont have other options during peak season of year end. There are other good restaurant like kabir restaurant in the same towers.Not suitable for family as it entertains smokers and drinkers.

I booked the hotel via booking.com where my checking time was 11:00 am, but still when I went to check in at 3:00pm the receptionist told that it is already occupied and only after 5 the room will be free, i waited the other 2hour in the sofa waiting for my room which was already paid full amount for. And if you have any issue contact with online people that was what told to me. And the room was small and too hot and sweating even after the fan was turned on.

This room was suitable for the kind of room I needed for a day's stay. The rent charged here was ₹800 per day and the cleaning was also done well. There was a hot water heater installed. It is suitable for single people.
