It is quite good, but need some improvement also, like towel is very old , thery are using again and again , During the online booking there was breakfast free but during the checkout they charged for breakfast also. As per the crass query , they told that if you book off line then it will be free, door condition is also poor.

Disgusting hotel and staff i have never seen in delhi. staff using abuse ing to customer and dirty rooms and washrooms staff didn’t work on time I request you to please do not visit this dirty hotel in delhi 3 person are sitting in counter all are horrible

Recently I visited Delhi for business purpose. I had an excellent stay at Hotel Anand, Delhi. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff, and a very convenient location. They have appointed a lady executive for women’s comfort—her presence made the stay feel safe and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially for women travelers / solo travelers as well as family travelers.

Worst Hotel Experience – Completely Misleading Listing I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hotel Anand – 5 Minutes from NDLS Station. I booked this hotel based on the description shown online, which claimed amenities like a balcony, proper room space, cupboard/closet, and basic furniture. None of this was true. When we arrived at 12:30 AM, we were shocked to see: No balcony at all No cupboard or closed storage No locker No chair (there isn’t even space to place one) The room is extremely small, barely enough to fit a bed This is a clear case of false and misleading information used to attract bookings. We immediately contacted MakeMyTrip customer care, and a conference call was done with the hotel owner, where the issues were acknowledged. The hotel owner himself asked us to vacate the room at 12:30 in the night and promised a full refund, which after leaving, they refused and cheated us of the booking amount. Imagine being forced to leave a hotel after midnight due to their fault. This hotel is not transparent, misrepresents rooms, and shows no accountability towards guests. Please be extremely careful before booking. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property unless you want last-minute stress and disappointment.
