Pathetic Service, had the worst experience there. Even the hotel staffs are not there to fulfil our needs. We had our stay at this hotel yesterday, and we have called the reception before coming about the dinner, they agreed and said everything will be available don't worry, just pay the dinner charges in advance, so we did the same. But when we reached there, got our rooms and asked for the dinner, they came after a long wait, and the menu was not even 50% in terms of number of foods and quantity as per their commitment. And the reception number was coming switched off. On other part, the rooms were not even clean and their was not even a single piece of toiletries available in the bathroom. Anyways it was completely waste of money and time, we could have looked for some other hotels. And to all of you, think twice before booking this hotel. Thank you.
