Staff behavior is good.When I booked the hotel, I was told that Wi-Fi and TV were in the room, but when we checked in, the TV was not working. When I asked the reception, they replied that they do not recharge the TV, the TV is off. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. Staying with family is considered risky. My side 10/04 point

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Ahad. The first room I was given was infested with small cockroaches, forcing me to switch to another room. The second room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially after I extended my stay by a day. Room service was terrible—I even had to fetch water from a tap myself. The hotel seems to have good infrastructure, with decent room interiors, quilts, and ACs, suggesting a solid investment, but the maintenance is severely lacking. The staff also lacks basic hospitality skills and didn’t handle guest concerns well. Overall, a poorly managed place that doesn’t live up to its potential.

Rooms are new but average. Compared to other property in area it is far better than them.

Good hotel, staff are cooperative..rooms are cozy and no moving spaces in standard rooms. But compare to other hotels nearby, it is far better hotel.

Staff is not co operative.. if someone is going there don't prefer ground floor rooms.. other rooms also feasible for 2 person.. 1 extra person and you have to adjust
