Very poor service. Didn't even provide Warm water to drink, which is basic. The kitchen closes early in night. Very late delivery. The food is tasteless. No fridge, kettle in the wooden cottage as well. They are very reluctant to take any orders too. For everytime we asked or made a request. They said. 'Hum batatein he aapko and kept delaying' Their service number was mostly not working The only thing good here was the ambience, relaxed and peaceful vibes. Never ever going here. Waste of precious money.

Extremely poor service from the staff. It seemed like they didn't bother with the needs of the guests for the most basic stuff.. We had to call them twice or thrice everytime we needed to place an order.. It felt so tedious after a point. They could not provide lemon water or even warm water to us which we desperately needed as one of us fell sick.. When asked for a small pack of biscuit, they denied us that too.. Food was below par.. Rooms were basic. Location is good. But I won't... WON'T recommend this resort to anyone. Really had a bad experience.

Food was very bad in taste, served cold dish. It's better to take your own food instead of ordering from hotel. Even after giving genuine suggestions staff are list bother.

Had a 2 night stay with my family and 2 pets (Cat & Dog). Amazing location. Very quiet, you can even hear the ocean. The room was average. The birds in the morning, The sound of the ocean and the view of a coconut farm was definitely the highlight. The water heater was not working but we were promptly shifted to another room. The kitchen was under renovation so the room service was ordered from a different restaurant. 1. Food - 7/10 2. Room - 8/10 (according to the price) 3. Staff - 9/10 (Very hospitable) 3. Ample parking space is available. 4. the beach is a short walk. OVERALL would like to visit again.

As a short review...,go here for an awesome time-out/getaway. A place to appreciate and live. I'll be back.
