Totally Third class hotel staff. At reception man is very unprofessional and no manner to talk. I booked from OYO and confirm room, when reached at hotel he ask to pay extra 500 Rs because he told thay we received Money from OYO after deduction OYO commission. Very strange why we pay extra after confirm booking from OYO. Extremely disappointed. I couldn't stay there, totally waste of time. Please don't look this hotel to confirm stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a friend, and it was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the hotel was far below expectations—unclean rooms, poor maintenance, and overall a very uncomfortable stay. What made it worse was the behavior of the staff, who were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. There are much better options available where you’ll be treated with basic respect and get value for your money.

Very Poor & Unsafe Experience – Do NOT Recommend My stay at Hotel O Sunshine near Pune Railway Station was absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. The so-called manager/receptionist was extremely immature, rude, and unprofessional. He has no idea how to speak to guests and behaves in a biased and arrogant manner. Guests were made to wait unnecessarily for several minutes without any explanation, and instead of resolving issues, the staff was constantly in argument mode, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. There was zero hospitality—only attitude and arrogance. I also had serious safety concerns regarding ID documents, which were handled very carelessly. This alone makes the hotel feel unsafe and unreliable, especially for solo travelers and families. The condition of the hotel is equally horrible—foul smell, poor hygiene, and no hot water. Basic amenities are either missing or not functioning at all. Overall, the place feels neglected, poorly managed, and not worth a single rupee. This hotel is not safe, not clean, and not professional. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this place. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Rooms had a strong smoke smell and were unhygienic. Bedsheets and bathrooms were in very bad condition. Overall stay felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The manager’s behaviour was cheap, rude, and unprofessional. He kept arguing instead of resolving the issue calmly. Even after refund, he continued unnecessary verbal harassment. He followed us till the parking area and made threatening remarks. Such behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Strongly not recommended because of the manager and cleanliness. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I completely wasted my money staying at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, and after checking several other rooms, I found that every room was in the same condition. There was hair on the beds, the bedsheets looked dirty, and there was a terrible smell throughout the room. I asked housekeeping twice to change the bedsheets because they were clearly dirty. They brought another set and claimed they had been washed, but they looked just as dirty as the previous ones. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at this hotel are unacceptable. I expected a clean and comfortable stay, but instead, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their cleanliness and housekeeping.
