Worst pg ever seen Their are number of points why you should not go their. 1.they claim of a fully furnished rooms with fast Wi-Fi ,washing machine ,micro wave and induction Now realty of services Wi-Fi is very slow , washing machine induction and microwave is not functional 2.food is worst 3.its an expensive pg with charges of Ac But from last few months ac was not working properly and when you will complain they will say Problem will be solved within few days and few days will convert into months 4.certain times current come in washrooms 5.people that deals with clients are fraud themselves they will never give you bill for your rent or security's and when you want to leave this place they will impose extra conditions to cut money from your security money 6.rooms are full of mosquitos 7.Rate of electricity they charge is 12 rs per unit which is very high ,also their meter works very fast I vacated this pg last month after their were various incidents of theft in rooms as they will open the rooms without your consent

Hey friends, i am a CA Aspirant. I want to say something, please never take room in this p.g. this is a Worst p.g. in laxmi nagar i had ever seen. Now this P.g. is in worst condition. The images upload here are too old. When you will decide to change the p.g. and ask them to return your security amount they will not return. All they make fake promises. Once you paid the rent they will not listen one single complain of yours.

Worst Pg. They don't refund your security deposit. Plus it is very untidy and they don't provide maintenance service. garbage is always scattered on floor area and drinking water quality is so poor and sometimes there is no drinking water available

I have been staying in PG for the last 10 yrs both in Laxmi Nagar & Shakarpur side, but this PG is one of the Worst PG(Ghatiya) in my personal experience. Monthly electricity bill is 600 plus & there is no security return at all. The owners behaviour is quietly good but the caretaker is more arrogant in nature and doesn't know how to talk with PG inmates. In 3500-4500 You'll find a better PG than this Ghatiya PG. Baaki aapki Marzi 😂

"WROST PG" never go in this pg They scam with people and won't return your Security money I have paid 2k security money and when I went for asking the money back. He clearly said we can't return security money so be safe from these kind of Pg. WROST PG experience I had.
