The service from FabHotels was extremely disappointing. I went to check in at night with my senior citizen parents. They had only one room available, and since it was late at night, I had no other option but to take it. However, maintenance work was going on in the room. The fan was not working, there was no AC, and there was no water in the bathroom. It was very inconvenient, especially with elderly parents. I requested a refund, but I have still not received any response. Very unprofessional service.

Very comfortable for any traveler who came for visa. Facilities are good, and taxi 24hrs available

I got very bad experience with their service... me and my wife got backed out in delhi at 5 AM. As their executive promised us early check-in is possible and but she didn't discuss it with hotel. Although they refused to refund the booking amount. Their customer care is only concentrate to take bookings we have to contact their other department for cancelation related queries which is even hard to connect.

“My stay at Badal Hotel was very disappointing. The room quality was poor and not worth the price. Guests are not allowed to bring food from outside, which felt very inconvenient. Even a water bottle that normally costs ₹20 was sold for ₹30. The worst part was the food billing. I ordered Rajma Chawal, which was listed as a combo meal, but the hotel charged separately for the rajma and the rice, increasing the bill unfairly. Overall, the service and pricing felt unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again

Very disappointing experience at this hotel in Delhi. The rooms were extremely unclean, and the actual condition was completely different from the photos shown on Google. The pictures online are misleading—they show neat and clean rooms, but in reality, it is not maintained at all. Additionally, the door lock was not functioning properly, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The staff behavior was also unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
