We stayed there for two days, my wife and me. The room was clean and all in good condition. Staff was very helpful and kind. We got tea in the room which was served quickly, alle worked fine. We have been several times in Karol Bagh in the past in other hotels. Next time we will definitly consider this Hotel again. Thank you very much :-) Remark: Also the price was really fair ;-)

Don’t know how everyone commented the rooms are good. By the time I stayed, room was Ok and window joints are fully damaged. Even though you close the windows, your rooms will be frozen. The fridge was really in worst condition. Hot water will not be available all the time. No room heater. Not worth to spend 2k or above for this rooms.

The hotel itself was remarkably budget-friendly. The owner Mr. Joshi, is A humble person with a strong voice helpful, and dedicated to his job. The room services are 24/7 Cozy and comfortable stay. Will Visit soon sir!!!

My family stay in this hotel overnight.Very poor experience in this hotel ,very disrespectful behaviour hotel reception and very poor service food and room service,no washroom clean,no slipper,not given mineral water breakfast very bad ."Room price should not be more than 1500." Or more formally: "The price of the room should not exceed 1500." "It is not suitable for a family at all."

No hidden charges, no fake hype—just honest service and a peaceful stay. If you’re searching online, don’t fall into the trap of overly hyped hotels. Go for trusted and genuine options like Hotel Silver Arc. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and clean stay on a budget!
