Don't trust the auto-rickshaw drivers here; if you don't like the hotel they recommend, they will overcharge you.

They have Delhi roaming facility bus which they charges extra 750rs but if you go online you can easily buy it in 250rs same service samething but they will take extra money if you are not aware

Worst experience ever ..we told one auto driver to take us a family hotel just for 1day .the auto driver take us Akshay deluxe..they showed us one room which is everage ,they charged us 2200 for one day with ac.. because we are new there we trusted the auto driver..then we check in there ..they charged us full in advance..after fill up all details we entered the room , and the ac was not working..so they tell us to if we can wait 1hr it will be ready to move..till then they gave us a room which is very poor in condition..not clear at all..there are hairs every where cockroach also there ..and they even didn't clear the dustbin also shower leaking bathroom was a nightmare...I called reception and ask them to change the room ..they send one person who change the dustbin but when I ask him to clean the room he said" clear hi to hai" .I just ask him to tell the reception that we want that room which we booked .. they didn't even call us one more time or say anything.. because we need rooms just for fresh n up..we had a train that night so we check in at 8am check out at 9 pm..I just want to advise you all please did't go to this hotel ..very bad in condition..and also poor service..you can't stay here for a while ..

Worst stay! Very disappointing stay at Hotel Akshay Deluxe. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom was unhygienic, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The room condition was far below expectations, and overall hygiene standards were very poor. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Very bad experience overall.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel charges premium rates, but the quality of service is extremely poor. The staff was unprofessional, and the overall hospitality did not meet even basic expectations. Considering the amount charged, the facilities and service were far below standard. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
