Experience is just worst , the owner wasn’t responding an the staff was incompetent. I spent more than hour to get a sewing machine of worth 7500 an at te end had to leave empty handed due to their lack of professionalism and friendly behaviour.

Very old store with experienced staff. They know everything about machines. The owner spent ages in and around machines. Must visit for your requirements. You can also check for 2nd hand options here. Not much stuff for old but you will definitely get something for you.

I came here for new machine and wanted to discard my old one bt here staffs r too experienced they repair my old machine at cheapest price and save my money.. Owner of this shop is very nice and the best human being with soft spoken personality.., Highly recomend this shop here options r a lot and too good... thanks and regards....

They fool people they just want to sell product after that they dont care at all, we ordered 3 machines with them 1 juki, 1 3 thread usha overlock and 1 usha pico cum embroidery machine they said they will assemble and deliver it, wen we got the delivery our pico machine was damaged one part broked and we call them they said engineer will come and fix it and they charged 5k for the delivery from laxmi lagar to noida and when our karigaar came he checked juki machine but the machines motor was not working so we called them and they said call juki company they will send some one and juki guys said the dealer will send someone from whom you bought it and we called him again its been 20 days nobody came to see machines for the pico and juki and now he is saying we will send someone but he will charge 1000 rs and first you need to makee the payment in account and next day we will send. Thats how they deal with people. And when i am complaining to them they are saying.. thank you.. what a brilliant seller or dealer whatever he is...

Worst services and behaviour I have never seen before this. They're good for nothing. They just want to sell the product by hook or crook. After selling the product their behavior will be changed drastically. If you go with any complaints they'll start fighting and misbehaving.
