Nice hotel. The name it self a good to talk n hear.. As per the English brand name , the hotel has maintained it. But considering the local crowd & location, it is okay okay ..

All the rooms here have centralised AC and the food quality is very good and every staff is very nice and their behaviour is very good.

Very neat & cosy ambiance, the food was excellent and the service too was top notch. Kudos to the management and especially Mr. Khan for his excellent customer service

Honestly it's not even single Star worth Hotel, Hotel was booked through @Yatra.com . I was accommodated at Hotel Solitaire Residency near Bhiwandi. It was extremely poor and unacceptable conditions I experienced during my stay. The room was in a highly unhygienic and pathetic condition, with gutka stains visible on the walls. The toilet was not cleaned and was unusable due to a foul smell, making it a very uncomfortable experience. The bedsheet was dirty, emitting a bad odor, and appeared unwashed. The AC was not functioning properly, and the room had excessive mosquitoes, due to which I was unable to sleep properly. I raised these concerns with the hotel staff, and alternate rooms were shown; however, they were in similar unacceptable condition. This is highly disappointed and reflects poor arrangement standards. unhygienic , pathetic conditions. I really don't recommend this hotel Photos attached

Needed to stay a night in Bhiwandi and booked this place. The location is excellent and rooms are very spacious BUT it is very very poorly maintained. The service is pathetic. The walls in the room had gutkha stains. The AC vents were filled with dust. The bedsheets were stained. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The fittings and fixtures were broken and dirty. The towels were terribly dirty... While checking out saw the way the towels are taken out... Thank goodness we didn't use them... There are mosquitoes and flies infesting the place. The curtains smell like vomit. Extremely unhygienic and filthy. Not suitable for family stays. If you are a bachelor and too drunk to care, you can choose this place... Seemed very shady... Oh, and there was a sign on the door which said that leave your valuables in the hotel at your own risk. The worst thing was a bar downstairs which has live orchestra that blasted cringey songs at tremendously high volume till 2am and didn't let us sleep.
