It was a great experience staying here. Though there were first issues regarding pest control but then it was cleared soon. The location is near to railway station as well as bus stand. The cooling was good. Room cleaning too was periodic. Just the size of room was little less then expected but for single or one couple it is a quite sufficient. Overall it's a good deal.

What can I say really worst experience There bugs all over my bed. Ants cockroach u name it. Not what I expected. Staffs were rude didn't give a shit. There was no hygiene the doors lock were broken, pillow smelled bad, there were stains on my bedsheets

I was stay here for 2 nights. Staff are good. It's nearby main road so office communication is easy

Very low quality rooms. They show good pictures online but in reality they have different categories of room. One they gave me had very foul smell. Room paint was removed and in washroom spider's web was all over.

Very misleading and unprofessional hotel. I called from the railway station and was clearly confirmed a room for 6 hours at ₹1000. Trusting their phone confirmation, I came to the hotel with luggage. On arrival, they suddenly said “no room available.” This is false commitment and poor hospitality. If rooms were not available, they should have informed honestly on the call instead of wasting a traveler’s time. Because of their misleading information, I was left stranded after reaching the property, searching for another hotel. This place is not reliable for travelers, especially those arriving by train. Do not trust their phone calls or promises. What they say on call and what happens at the hotel are completely different. Plenty of hotels exist, but very few are this careless and dishonest. Avoid this hotel if you value your time and peace of mind.
