Good & cordial staff to attend to the needs of policy holders

Poor customer service. I went to update my kyc and they were unable to help.

Excellent office. And the best place to take life insurance policies. They will explain in detail all the needs to a customer.

Attended a training session at the Begumpet branch as a new advisor. Despite being permitted to enter the session, I was addressed publicly in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. Feedback or punctuality concerns should be handled privately, not through public humiliation. Expect better training ethics from a reputed organization.
