I will not even rate 1 star to this company. Especially, agents sitting in this office are absolutely unprofessional, since October now it is February they haven't settled my claim. Even after multiple calls to agents they disconnect the call never call back. At the time of renewal and new policy they act like they will even get stars from universe but reality is Star Health polocy is completely fraud and useless. I'm the live example who have been looted by these agents. Worst policy and worst staff.
