They are not responsive at all and the they don't even pick calls for customer issues

One of the worst service. Not at all customer friendly. Feels like a government office. Provide limited information to customers. And no response.

Hi, I have been waiting from 1st sept for my Bajaj Allianz health repayment. complete misleading health insurance. Media needs to informed about the fraudulent way of dealing with customers

It’s been a nightmare dealing with this agency. It’s been 2 months and my claim has not yet been settled. The process is stuck at settlement of the invoice that has been raised to them. For the last 2 weeks, no one has taken any action. The agents do not coordinate timely and are very laid back. The customer support team is ridiculous; they never reply on time. I have send them over 100 emails ( no joke). And yet, they have not been replying to me. I understand the part that paper work takes time, but I mean it’s gonna be 2 months! I have been chasing them on all possible platforms, and yet I have not received timely help. The claim is stuck at the stage of settlement of the invoice. I would really appreciate if someone Responsible took the ownership and helped solve my challenges! I am going to publish my emails, call records and all other correspondence with this agency online very shortly.

One of the most disappointing experiences our family has ever had with an insurance provider. My parents are both over 60, and when my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness, we were upfront about his medical condition while exploring insurance options. We fully understood that certain illnesses may have waiting periods and that claims may be limited. However, the insurance agent who approached my father assured him that there would be no long waiting period and that he would be able to claim benefits immediately. Based on these assurances, my father purchased the policy and continued paying the premiums regularly. Unfortunately, when the time came to make a claim, the response from the company was extremely disappointing. We were repeatedly asked to submit documents and were told to wait for three months, then again another three months, and so on. This continued even while my father’s health was deteriorating. What made the situation even more distressing was the complete lack of empathy during an already difficult time for our family. After my father passed away, when we tried to follow up on the claim, new reasons and delays were given again. Additionally, we later realized that what was described as a “renewal” of the policy each year appeared to function more like issuing a new policy, which effectively reset waiting periods. This experience left us feeling misled and unsupported at a time when insurance is supposed to provide security and peace of mind. Based on my experience, please be very cautious while dealing with Bajaj. It felt like the process was designed to delay or avoid claims rather than support policyholders during difficult times. The agent who handled our policy was Mr. Sohail, and unfortunately our experience with him was very poor. Just scaming the elderly people.
