Absolutely terrible experience with this insurance company. Please think 100 times before buying a policy from them. The sales team will promise everything while selling the policy, but when the time comes to claim, they will suddenly find excuses and reject it. All the information given during the policy sale feels misleading. They talk about “coverage” and “support,” but when you actually need help, the response is completely different. Instead of helping customers in difficult situations, they look for small technical reasons to deny the claim. Insurance is something people buy for security during emergencies or serious medical situations, but this company makes you feel helpless when you need them the most. Imagine trusting a company for protection during your worst moment and then realizing they don’t stand behind their promises. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise everyone to read the policy carefully and consider other insurance companies before choosing this one. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
