very poor services for reliance general insurance company i am agent for reliance. I had given some policy premium in Reliance in October but till date the commission has not come. And every worker of Reliance gives a sweet pill, saying that it will be done this week, my RM Abhishek Sharma, who is number one, is a request to all of you that do not take the policy from Reliance even by mistake, otherwise you will You will keep crying, there is no hearing, but everyone is deaf and dumb

Very poor services. Reliance insurance agent will call you multiple times for policy purchase but once you have paid premium no one will pick up your call or reply email. I am struggling to get my premium refund as I rejected their counteroffer. Worst Company. Suggest to general public not to buy reliance insurance

Dear Insurance health authorities Your heath insurance renewal team misguided me regarding policy terms & condition .due to same i have cancelled my policy . But till now i have not got my refund . Many time i have contacted your customer care team but till now i have not seen any positive action from your side . My policy No. 130222528240128293.Amount paid Rs- 58844 policy issued date -13-9-2025 Request mail sent for cancellation on dated 15-9-2025.but till date i have not got my amount refund .Spoken with persons in your customer care Team Name Mr D J ,Priti,Ronak ,Abhishak,Abhay,Muskan nany others . Could not seen any positive attitude .[ Request for refund as your earlier ] My advised for others please do not use this insurgence company for any business. They are cheater

My parents purchased this insurance to visit Canada last year , and it has been the worst experience. My mother’s claim for a skin allergy was denied without justification, and my father’s dental claim has been pending for almost a year. Despite submitting all documents, the company repeatedly demands more paperwork and has provided no resolution. Emails go unanswered, and there is zero accountability or transparency. This company wastes time and money, causes frustration, and fails to deliver on its promises. I strongly suggest others not to buy this insurance.
