It's always feel good in India when your turn comes first in que. But experienced good staff makes customer feel good. Here I got same thing. My work get in priority and staff doesn't get irritated even asked questions after questions.

Now Staff and officers os Shashtrinagar post office is very knowledgeable and cooperative. Work is done very fast smooth and humble in nature.

Worst experience women staff is so rude and dont guide us . They behave like haven’t any responsibility only sitting and answering

Very inefficient! Speed post window took at least 10 mins per customer. Had line of about 8 customers so when requested to solve issue—First said no extra staff to work through problem, then said no extra computer

Yet Google Maps still shows it as “Open.” This kind of misinformation wastes time and causes confusion—especially for those handling urgent documents or parcels. Suggest Google update listings to reflect public holidays for government services. India Post is closed on national holidays, Sundays, and 2nd/4th Saturdays.
