I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agent. The details in my policy were submitted incorrectly, despite me clearly providing accurate information at the time of application. When I pointed out the error, there was no proper response or urgency to correct it. I had to follow up multiple times, and even then, the issue remained unresolved for weeks. This kind of negligence can cause serious issues in the event of a claim. I expected better attention to detail and accountability, especially from someone handling something as sensitive as insurance. I do not recommend this agent to anyone who values accuracy and professional service.

Telemarketing team is stealing data from god knows where and speaking very rudely with random people. Got random call from girl asking why you have opened Demat account, What are you doing in stock market, How much you’re earning.. When i said it’s my choice the girl very rudely said itna free time hai apke pas!! Kisi aur ki sun lo to char paise ban jayenge!! I mean what is this non sense!! Who taught this agent to speak like this!!
