One of the worst customer service. Issue 1: Not able to login FoFi services app as OTP is not being sent through SMS or email Issue 2: To report issue 1, tried to call the customer care. Made me to to wait in the queue for 5 minutes and then said goodbye. Is this how you provide service to your customer.

Worst service. Frequent internet issues and misleading responses from customer care and local agent. No proper support. Highly unreliable. Avoid if possible.

Very bad express no technician will come and see your problem when internet call more than two or three days no one will come

I’ve been using BBNL broadband for gaming, and the experience has been really frustrating. The connection is never stable — I constantly face packet loss and lag, which ruins online gameplay. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no real solution from their side. The support team only gives generic responses and the issue keeps happening again and again. If you’re a gamer or need a reliable connection, I would not recommend BBNL at all.
