AVOID this company!!! They sent me a quotation for £800 of which i paid £400 to start the works. They told me that she would provide me with the senior web developers and that the package I purchased should cover me for the entire design and maintenance after. They spent 3 months working on my home page alone. It was very frustrating and a real struggle to explain what i wanted. I even created the design on canva to overcome the language barrier but they did not pay attention to the simplest details. I requested changing groups on more than one occassion and every group I got moved to was senior however I quickly came to realise that I was having to teach these teams how to create a web page myself when that is what I hired them for!!! I questioned whether these people working on my website are students and whether they are running a school and they continued to lie to me by telling me that they are senior web developers. I already have a website for my other business and I know what the service should have been like. They did not even complete the home page and I gave up with them and when I requested a refund. To this day they did not come back to me about my refund. If they could not provide me with the service i wanted they should have been truthful from the start.
