Don't buy anything from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi or any other branch of the company. They sales defective products. I had purchased Elica cook top from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi. Next day they delivered the product, technician from Elica came and installed cook top, when he lighted the burners made sound and stoped burning. We raised complaint. Next day technician from Elica came and said there's nosal issue so he changed the nosal but after that same issue happened. We again raised complaint, technician came and changed nosal saying that the nosal he fitted earlier was defective and he again fitted another nosal but after 3 days the burners started burning at very low flame, again we raised complaint, technician came and said that your product requires repair, he said they have to change parts of the burners which they have have to procure from company. Its been week but till the issue not sorted by Elica or Vijay Sales. Today I again raised complaint, now customer service of Elica said that they have ordered the new parts from company, it requires time and we will install parts when we receive it from company. Many times I demanded replacement but Vijay Sales Prabhadevi and Elica have rejected my request for replacement of defective product. Vijay Sales has nothing to do with the product which they sales to their customer. Customer service is worst. Vijay Sales selling defective products of the fraud company. Please please please don't buy anything from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi....

Absolutely the worst experience ever with Whirlpool and Vijay Sales! I regret buying the Whirlpool Hope Evolve Hybrid cooktop — within just 3 days, the glass top and knobs became dangerously hot, and the black coating started peeling off. The Vijay Sales salesperson Zafar completely fooled me, praising the product with false promises. Senior technician Ashik didn’t even check properly and gave a fake report saying everything is normal. When I called Priyanka from Whirlpool customer care, she was extremely rude, arrogant, and refused to take any responsibility. This product is defective, and the service is pathetic. Whirlpool should be ashamed of selling such low-quality products and treating customers so badly!

Courteous n polite service. Special Thanks to Mr Santosh Shelar for giving logical n technically convincing reasons to buy refrigerator. Almost 1 year back, he assisted us in selection for my friend's purchase and it turned out to be a good product. Other Sales n cash counter staff was also knowledgeable and prompt in attending.
